Mizuki Yasuda

CEO, Founder

Representative director of Friends Co., Ltd. Graduated from Meiji University Faculty of Agriculture in 2003. He is a certified public accountant. After graduating from university, he worked as an agricultural trainee at Oregon Roses, Inc. for two years. After that, he worked for a major auditing firm and was involved in launching the Japanese version of a foreign media outlet, before founding Farmship, a plant factory venture, in 2014. After growing the company to generate billions in annual revenue, he founded Friends as a serial entrepreneur.

Osamu Asahina

CTO, Director

Engaged in system development as an SE at a major software company. Experienced in building e-commerce sites and corporate portals, with a focus on financial systems. After that, he became an IT consultant and focused on business analysis, project management, and PMO in system integration. In 2017, he became Director and CTO of Sprasia Co., Ltd., and worked hard to stabilize the system and improve the development process. From 2021, he has been appointed Director and CTO of Friends Co., Ltd.
